Lydia Nobles
Lydia was born in Saalfelden, Austria, and lived there until she was five years old. She moved with her family to Kaiserslautern, Germany, where she later met her husband David, whose father was stationed in Germany.
They married in 1972, and moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where David finished getting his college degree at Methodist University and Lydia worked for David L. Goodwin Realtors. After graduating, they moved to Charlotte, NC, and Lydia began her career with Bissell-Hayes Realtors where she spent the next 35 years. When Bissell-Hayes merged with another company in 2009, Lydia found a job closer to their home in Waxhaw. She joined HM Properties in March 2015.
David and Lydia have two grown daughters and three lovely grandchildren, ages 20, 13 and four months. She loves spending time with her family which includes annual trips to the beach. She also loves to read, go to the movies, and volunteer with her husband's mission ministry as well as their church. She graduated from Kaiserslautern American High School in 1971, and also attended Queens University for various business related courses.
