Dayna grew up in the Washington, D.C., metro area of Bethesda, Maryland, and has lived up and down the East Coast. After graduating from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, with a B.A. in International Communications and an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, she began a career in sales with Yellowbook USA in Baltimore, MD, and quickly rose to be a Top 10 percent producer. Dayna spent the next five years as a sales rep in the pharmaceutical industry for Merck and Teva in Baltimore.

In 2012, Dayna and her family moved to Fairfield, Connecticut, where she and her husband, Nick, who works in franchise development, co-founded Commercial Waste Solutions to help businesses streamline their waste and recycling to save money and maximize efficiency. Dayna’s business ownership and entrepreneurial experience make her a good resource for clients seeking to acquire investment properties. In 2021, Dayna and her family moved to Charlotte for better weather, airport proximity, and because Nick’s business is based here.

Dayna grew up with her father and grandfather in the real estate industry, and she has a passion for all things related to real estate, renovations, design, and architecture. With her years of experience in sales, negotiating, and customer service, becoming a Realtor® was a natural and perfect fit for her. She joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2023.

Over the years, Dayna has managed and designed several gut home renovations, making her an asset to help clients visualize the potential of a property and the finished vision, which can be a challenge for some to see clearly. Dayna also has a strong handle on design trends and where renovations make the most sense for return on investment. She is also assertive and willing to go the extra mile to get things done, and it is in her nature to reach and achieve goals. She is an extrovert and has a gift for easily connecting to people and making clients feel at ease.

Dayna lives in historic Myers Park with her husband, Nick, their children, Hudson and Sloane, and their Australian Labradoodle, Piper. She enjoys staying fit by playing tennis and pickleball and also likes to cook, travel, and study design. Dayna also volunteers for the Charlotte Preparatory School PTA, the Mint Museum Auxiliary, and is a member of the Lee Foundation Preservation Society.
