Austen has been a Broker | Realtor® for over a decade and always knew she would work in the real estate industry. She is a native North Carolinian born in Raleigh and moved to Wilmington during childhood. After graduating from NC State, Austen relocated to Charlotte and earned her real estate license. She launched her real estate career by joining one of the city’s top producing agents as a broker assistant. She spent three years working with an array of clients, represented some of cities finest properties, and gained valuable market knowledge and negotiation skills. In 2016, Austen moved back to Raleigh to be closer to family and was a top producing Broker | Realtor® for two local real estate firms. In 2023, Austen made the decision to head back to the Queen City which she considers home and joined Corcoran HM Properties.

Keeping her finger on the pulse of the ever-changing housing market, Austen prides herself on providing her clients with the most current, pertinent, and useful information. She is a skilled negotiator and a fierce advocate for her clients’ interests. Austen gains the respect of her clients by always offering candid advice and going above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service. She also truly enjoys showing her clients all the Charlotte region has to offer.

Austen lives in the SouthPark area with her beloved Vizsla puppy, Rue. She enjoys exploring Charlotte’s restaurant scene, finding new hot spot fitness classes, spending time outdoors playing tennis, pickleball, bike riding on the Greenway, and attending sporting events. Austen loves animals, spending time with Rue, and also volunteers for the Humane Society of Charlotte.
