McGhie Allan is a dynamic and accomplished luxury real estate professional with a passion for delivering extraordinary results for his clients. Prior to joining our Lake Norman office, McGhie founded and served as CEO of a real estate firm in Beverly Hills, CA where his industry knowledge, professionalism, discretion and skillful negotiations led to being recognized as the “Best of Beverly Hills” in 2021 and 2022. After almost 20 years in the real estate business, operating at the highest level, McGhie has developed a sophisticated network of clients, developers, public figures, celebrities and community leaders from across the country and around the world who trust him with their real estate needs.

McGhie is a former United States Marine, serving two tours in Iraq after attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earning a B.A in United States History. He is very active in the community and spends much of his time as a volunteer helping to improve the Charlotte-Mecklenberg Schools and with organizations such as Angels & Sparrows, Food on Foot and Ark Salus.

McGhie has lived in Cornelius, NC since 2020 with his wife Tiffany, their two children James and Georgia, and their beloved dogs Nora and Carly, the family cat and a fish named Gus. When he's not helping clients reach their real estate goals, McGhie enjoys a variety of hobbies, including golf, hiking, reading, film, cooking and cheering on the 49ers and San Francisco Giants.
