Brooke grew up in scenic Weaverville, North Carolina, which is located 15 minutes north of historic Asheville. Weaverville is quintessential small town America where residents and tourists enjoy a vibrant yet slower pace of life. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an Arts & Science degree and concentration in Theater Production and Costume Design. She then moved to Los Angeles, California, to continue her studies at MUD Makeup Designory and was licensed to do hair and makeup in the film industry. A few years later, Brooke moved back to Charlotte to be closer to family and friends and spent five years as a business manager and makeup artist at Laura Mercier in Belk and Chanel in Nordstrom.

When the onset of Covid brought the cosmetic industry to a halt, Brooke took her 15 years of experience in sales and customer service and applied them to becoming a Realtor®. Throughout her career, she had managed med spas, boutiques, and was a makeup artist all the while building her strengths in sales and customer service while working with clients. The move into residential real estate sales was a perfect fit and she quickly grew her business which led her to new home construction. Brooke received a sales promotion and moved to Raleigh to work with True Homes She saw an amazing opportunity to return home to Weaverville when Corcoran HM Properties opened its Asheville office. She joined the firm in 2022 and is currently the Listing Associate/Advisor for Madison-Simmons Homes and oversees a new 200 unit townhome community in Asheville.

Brooke and her boyfriend, Brian, live in Weaverville with their two German Shepherds, Hazel and Dexter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with their dogs, cooking, playing volleyball and kickball, and all things related to fashion and styling, cooking.
