Shannon is a Realtor® with Corcoran HM Properties in Bluffton, South Carolina, located in the heart of the Lowcountry. Since moving to Bluffton with her husband, she fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle. It is her greatest joy to help others discover that same feeling and she looks forward to guiding clients through every step of the process whether you are buying or selling a primary residence, vacation home, or simply want to learn why she loves this area so much, and why you will, too.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Shannon spent 10 years in the highly competitive medical device sales industry as a sales consultant sharpened her skills in key areas directly related to luxury real estate sales, including complex negotiating and problem-solving techniques, organizational prowess, and the invaluable sales skills of persistence and professionalism.

With a passion for building genuine relationships, Shannon’s purpose is to deliver exceptional service, in the best interest of my clients. As a good listener, she understands each client’s needs in detail and will deliver a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

When she has free time, Shannon enjoys being outside in the fresh air, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
