Jasmine is a native Charlottean and has enjoyed watching the Queen City grow into a thriving and vibrant city. Although her family roots are in Philadelphia, PA, she has truly enjoyed and appreciates the beauty of living in the South. After graduating from Northwest School of the Arts, she spent nine years working in private childcare. She then shifted gears to fulfill a passion for wanting to be a part of the change within her community and earned her real estate license. Jasmine worked for another firm before joining Corcoran HM Properties in June 2022.

One of the benefits of having grown up in Charlotte is that Jasmine is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and region. She is dedicated to staying on top of the local housing market trends and makes sure the buying and selling process is seamless for each of her clients. Jasmine has had a long-time love and talent for interior decorating and is able to provide her clients with a valuable perspective to see what makes a property unique and make suggestions for how it can be personalized for them. Jasmine’s engaging personality and passion for helping others has helped her build very personal and genuine relationships with her clients and her integrity, patience, strong work ethic, communication skills, attention to details, and ability to solve problems helps to set her apart.

Jasmine lives minutes from Uptown in the Belmont neighborhood and enjoys designing jewelry, photography, traveling, art, watching movies, keeping fit, and spending quality time with family and friends. Giving back to the community is very important to Jasmine and her family. Each year they host their annual holiday food and toy drive for local families in need and also volunteer at local schools. In addition, she and her sister own a handcrafted jewelry line called Amerie 1936 which has been featured in New York Fashion Week, fashion editorials, film, and celebrity styling.
