Kimberly Bordner
Kimberly was born in Havertown, Pennsylvania and moved to Wilmington, Delaware with her family during childhood. After attending from Goldey-Beacom College in Delaware, she spent six years as an Executive Assistant at TransUnion and Chase Bank and then moved across the state line into Landenburg, Pennsylvania, and worked for Bank One/JPMC as a Partnership Marketing Coordinator for six years before taking some time to raise her children. She and her family were transferred to Charlotte in 2016 and love living in the Queen City.
Kimberly’s financial background led her to enter the world of residential real estate. She has always enjoyed helping people and considers it an honor to represent her clients with their biggest investment. She is truly a people person, engaging, well-organized, detail-oriented, and thinks outside the box. It is also her nature to go above and beyond no matter what the task is at hand. Kimberly was an agent assistant at Compass Real Estate prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties.
Ballantyne is home to Kimberly and her son, Bradley (18), who will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall of 2022; daughter, Ava (16), a Junior at Ardrey Kell High School, and their dog, River, a German Short Haired Pointer. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as cooking, hiking, working out, and traveling.
