We looked for over 9 months in different neighborhoods, and at condos, houses, and lofts. She worked tirelessly to help me find the house that was just right for me.  Catherine’s relationships with other vendors for insurance, inspections etc. are phenomenal and really helped simplify an otherwise daunting experience. She makes you feel like you are her only client and makes sure that all your questions are answered. Buying a house is a big decision, Catherine was with me the whole way, and she made the entire process easier for me.

We cannot even put into words how amazing Catherine Cobb was with making our Charleston dream home a reality. We gave her quite the challenging task-finding a budget friendly property in Charleston in 4 weeks or less. She took the challenge and truly ran with it. As out of state residents, we were unfamiliar with the areas/ neighborhood that would best fit our needs, so we are extremely appreciative of Catherine’s willingness to tour all areas with us and provide insight on important factors such as traffic, commutes, local hot spots, ect. Once we finalized the area of our property search the real challenge began, beating the other buyers in this very popular market.  In order to do so, Catherine and ourselves shopped the new listings every morning, picked a few properties of our interest, and she had showings booked that same day. I may also add that Catherine was very prompt in getting on site asap and dropping her personal plans to prioritize her clients, which was refreshing, and did not go unspoken. These efforts, on Catherine’s end, truly led us to the house of our dreams and we got the home in a multiple offer situation. Catherine is an amazing realtor who really knows the areas, is great in terms of communication and planning, and looks at the sale from the eyes of the client.
