There is only one way to describe Tiff and that is she is the COMPLETE PACKAGE. She knows all the locations: pros and cons. Without a doubt answered every question we had during the house buying process and was prompt in response when asked. Not a step in real estate she doesnt know. She never missed a text. If we didnt get through on the phone we could expect a call back as soon as she was available. You hear of doctors being on call and being available 24hrs a day, well Tiff is no doctor but she makes herself available at all hours. Negiotiation...where do we start. She is fierce! She well always fight and continue to drive the negotiation process until the seller crumbles.

Tiffany helped us purchase the perfect house for us! It was not an easy task as the sellers were listing it themselves. She had to jump through hoops at every turn. She ended up doing the work of two agents. She is a very hard worker, and gets the best price for her buyer! Tiffany also helped us sell our home in 2020. That says it all! Tiffany is AWESOME! I had a small older condo in south Charlotte and figured this would be too small for her to deal with. She told me she would be glad to help and quickly had it listed and staged. The prior record selling price for my complex was $110k. Tiffany's research indicated there was very little inventory at this price point and suggested we list it at $118k. We quickly had numerous offers including one at $130k! We took it anticipating it would get knocked down on the appraisal. Tiffany and her team pulled numerous comps from other condos in a 1.5 mile radius - and we got the $130 appraisal! I was blown away. Amazing job - THANKS TIFFANY!!!

I had been renting a single family home for the last number of years. I was planning for a new move. I initially expected to continuing renting for a while longer. But, after following the low interest rates, I knew it was in my best interest to become a home owner once again. I could not have been any more pleased with my experience in working with Tiffany on my pursuit of either a new single family home or a condo/townhouse. She was so accommodating with being available to show my homes. She knows the market so well that, "timing" was key. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and we were able to quickly narrow the search. Once I made my decision on the home I wanted to purchase, it was a "multiple offer" situation. I wasn't real optimistic that my offer, would be the one accepted!! This is where Tiff's experience shines. She knew what it would take to increase my chances of being the winning bid.
