Teagan grew up in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and moved to Mooresville, North Carolina in 2015, to be with her childhood sweetheart, Bryce. They have a young son, Brogan, and three beloved pets: Jagger, a rescued Maine Coon cat; Decker, a Toy Poodle, and Preslie, a Golden Doodle.

Always motivated and learning new skills, Teagan earned an Esthetic license right after high school and later graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with an Associate of Science degree. She spent two years as a medical aesthetician working at a plastic surgeon’s office helping patients recover from surgery and six years at medical spa and shifted her services to more cosmetic “feel good” procedures with lasers, micro needling, chemical peels, etc.

While Teagan enjoyed working in the medical industry, she craved a career in which she could be fulfilled and earned her real estate license. Becoming an agent turned out to be a perfect fit for her and she spent a year with another local firm before joining Corcoran HM Properties in 2021.

Teagan truly enjoys working with her clients and seeing their happiness and satisfaction as she helps them throughout the selling and/or buying process. She has a bubbly, fun, and positive personality and many strengths that have helped make her a successful agent. She has strong communication and planning skills, steadiness under pressure, attention to detail, competitiveness, and extensive knowledge of the Lake Norman area and ever changing real estate market. She also brings creativity into every transaction especially in offer submissions and enjoys helping clients to see themselves living in a
home.

When Teagan isn’t working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending and planning events, supporting local businesses, any outdoor activities, and movie nights with her boys. Bryce and Teagan also own a local gym in Mooresville, Crossfit 77.
