Georgia was born in Kings Park, New York, and moved to Mooresville, North Carolina with her family when she was 10 years old. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs who moved often which is what fostered her love for real estate. She spent five years managing the marketing and social media for her family’s 50 year old company, Kooks Headers, which is one of the leading exhaust industry companies in the country and has been involved in all racing at all levels including: circle track, road racing, motorcycle, and even offshore boats. Some of the biggest names in NHRA, IHRA, NMCA, NMRA, NASCAR, SCCA, and NASA continue to run Kooks headers and win championships.

She attended The University of Alabama and the University of North Carolina - Charlotte where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Marketing. Shortly after, Georgia earned a license in real estate. Prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties in 2021, Georgia was a Broker/Realtor® with another local firm. She enjoys connecting with her clients on a personal level so she can best help each one. Combined with her high energy, loyalty, and experience in marketing and sales, Georgia is able to provide each client well-rounded, exceptional service.

Georgia lives in Mooresville with her Rottweiler, Leo, a certified service dog, and enjoys spending time working out, traveling, working, and is a foodie!
