Born the proud daughter of an Army Staff Sergeant in Atlanta, Georgia, Jenifer has lived all over the country with four years in Germany being the most interesting. While pursuing a degree in accounting at Clayton State University in Georgia, she also worked for a couple of international companies traveling the country implementing budgets and training accounting staff. 

Jenifer married her high school sweetheart, Stan, and they began building their family. An opportunity to join the staff at their church as financial secretary opened more doors and led her to working with adoption and foster care agencies. Inspired, Jenifer decided to start her own business (Sterling Salon) and dedicated the next ten years to improving the lives of others while allowing her to focus on her main priority: FAMILY.

In 2019, they were transferred to Charlotte and Jenifer immediately fell in love with the Queen City. Her buyer’s agent, who was also a family friend and former colleague from Atlanta, encouraged her to further her passion for changing lives by shifting into real estate. Jenifer attended Superior School of Real Estate and joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2021. She specializes in finding multi-generational residential homes for all stages of life. 

Jenifer and Stan have three rockstar children: Sydney, 24, collegiate softball athlete and scholarship recipient at Georgia Tech (2019) & Georgia State (2022), Sterling, 21, entertainment & film studies at University of Georgia (2022), Steele, 15, Weddington High School (2025), and two adorable Border Collies: Sunny and Seven.
