Prior to joining HM Properties as the Relocation Manager in 2019, Natalie was the Relocation Coordinator and Director for Rinehart Realty in South Carolina and also spent two years as the New Home Sales Community Manager for Bellamy Homes. After her youngest son was born in late 2020, she shifted gears back to being a Broker/Realtor®.
When Natalie got her real estate license it was because she has a passion for helping people to determine their best life. She loves being able to assist clients as they use buying or selling real estate to actualize their life goals and dreams. With her experience in individual and corporate relocation, Natalie is able to provide her clients with valuable insight and advice since she has worked in different areas of this industry. She is committed to providing first-rate service and getting the best possible outcome for each client. She is also a good listener and is great at at keeping a level head if situations get stressful which can happen often in real estate!
Natalie was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and lived in Kinston, North Carolina, for a couple years before moving to the Queen City. She graduated from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, with a B.S. Psychology and later earned a M.A. in Human Services from Liberty University. After college, Natalie worked at Charlotte Secondary School as an Exceptional Children’s Assistant and later spent several years as a Case Management Specialist and Family Partner with Thompson Child & Family Focus. Her background in psychology and counseling prepared her well for transitioning into the real estate industry.
Natalie and her husband, Jason, live with their sons, Jason (8) and Roman (4 months) in the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte. In her spare time, she enjoys organizing, interior design, reading, and listening to podcasts, audiobooks, or watching documentaries about clean eating and holistic living.
