Calvin Mitchener

A native Charlottean, Calvin was born and raised in the Queen City and became familiar with the real estate business at an early age. Throughout his childhood, he had a close interaction with real estate through assisting his mother, Valerie Mitchener, the owner of HM Properties, with various projects.

Calvin graduated from Charlotte Latin School in Charlotte before attending the University of South Carolina and obtaining a degree in Mass Communications and Sport Management. Throughout college he interned for some of the top firms in sports and entertainment including the Charlotte Hornets and Mitchell and Ness.

After graduating college, Calvin obtained his real estate license and began pursuing a career in real estate. Becoming a Broker/Realtor® was a natural fit for Calvin because he enjoys helping people and understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships.

Calvin lives in the Dilworth area and enjoys attending Hornets and Panthers games as well as spending time with his family and dog, Bailey.
