Tina Kostelnik
Tina grew up in Syracuse, New York, and graduated from State University of New York at Cortland with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She began her teaching career in New Jersey, and after moving to the Queen City, she continued her role as an educator at Charlotte Latin School while earning a Master’s degree in Language and Literacy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
While raising her sons, Tina explored her passion for interior design. In 2008, she founded her own interior decorating business, Enhanced Interiors, LLC, and soon after, expanded her business by becoming an accredited home stager. In this role, Tina continues to educate her clients on the benefits of home staging by creating a marketable property that highlights the home’s strengths, and ultimately maximizing their return on their investment.
Tina’s success in the real estate industry continues. Here at HM Properties, Tina enjoys working as a team with her husband, David. Together, they offer a unique blend of expertise based upon Tina’s experience in interior design and home staging and David’s success in sales, construction, remodeling, and management. Tina truly enjoys the personal connection with her clients and understands that buying and selling a home can be an emotional process that involves major financial decisions. Tina’s vision and attention to detail are assets that benefit her clients in the process of buying or selling a home.
Tina and David have three teenagers and reside in Charlotte with their Labrador Retriever, Bodie, and Golden Doodle, Cam. She is a member of St. Matthew’s Church and is an active parent volunteer with Holy Trinity Middle School and Charlotte Catholic High School.
