We had the pleasure of working with Beth Livingston for the sale of our home in Myers Park. The experience was excellent. Beth was very dedicated, organized, and had great follow-up skills. There are so many qualities that we loved about her. Our favorite personality trait was how much she cared. All the training in the world can’t make a person care. Her heart was shining bright every day. Our favorite professional skill of Beth was her great communication with us. Every time there was a showing on our house, we and Beth first had a conversation about the buyer’s opinion. She used their exact words so no one had to read between the lines. Then she would then follow up with the potential buyer’s agent when appropriate. This continuous communication was what we asked for and she delivered. We were living out-of-town during the sale of our home. This communication allowed us to make small changes to the property and have our finger on the pulse during the entire process. We loved our home and it was hard for us to sell it. Beth was respectful and trustworthy the entire time we worked together. When speaking with Beth, seemingly all the time, every conversation with her was as if she was smiling through the phone. She was always positive and cheerful. We really felt like she was working for us and with us. We were on the same team every step of the way. Over the years, we have hired a lot of people for various projects. Beth was, and still is, the only person we ever hired that treated the job like she was a family member!! She was extremely committed. We can't say anything bad about her.
