I hired Dana Galli to sell my house in a tough rising interest rate environment and I am extremely glad I did. My house sold much quicker than expected and for a price that I was very happy with. It was Ms. Galli and her advice on staging and her teams' effective use of all types of marketing that really made the difference. She is the best Realtor® I have ever worked with and I recommend her and her team without hesitation to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Dana was fantastic to work with! She made selling my condo such a breeze. She recommended some great contractors that did a great job putting my condo back in tip-top shape before it went on the market. She did her research to come up with the best selling price and I was able to get top-dollar for my condo, much more than I expected!!

When I found out that we were packing up our family of 5 (plus dog) and moving to Charlotte to say I was freaking out would be an understatement. But, then along came Dana! From the very beginning she was encouraging and positive which was just what we needed at the time. Since we were still living in Atlanta Dana did many video walk throughs with us. She went beyond the pretty exterior and embellishments and really got down to the details of the homes from tiny (not so sturdy) attics to dark and unfinished crawl spaces. Dana was the most helpful and thoughtful person I could have ever asked for throughout this whole process. She will find you exactly what you want and make sure you don’t sacrifice anything. She’s not pushy and you can tell she loves what she does. I always was saying to her to “take your time” and she did the opposite of that and I couldn’t be happier. I'd like to start of by saying I'm not one to write reviews ever... so the fact that I am writing this should clarify Dana is the BEST, as you can see in all her other reviews. Dana single handedly made my house buying process possible. My complicated situation with lenders was a nightmare and I couldn't have gotten through it without her. The length of effort she goes to for her clients is unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it. I've never met a harder working, driven, knowledgeable, caring individual in my life. She may be friendly and extremely nice but make no mistake, she has an ability to flip a switch and make people get in line to push things along like none other. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dana Galli as my good friend, let alone realtor. I feel bad for her adversaries because they have to live up to the service from this amazing realtor. My only regret from my house buying process was not using her recommended contacts, it would have saved me some huge headaches.
