Chip and Rivers Moon were a dream to work with on our recent move. From first showing us the house, they were extremely responsive to our questions and calls. Their significant experience, knowledge of the housing market and winning strategies helped us to ultimately draft an offer. They stayed in touch with the seller’s agent, advocating for us to make sure our offer received proper and timely attention – and we got the house! Next, they worked to make all the house inspections as convenient as possible, lining up many on the same day to be mindful of our time and even the seller’s. They then helped us negotiate a fair reduction for necessary repairs and improvements. From showing to signing, they were the perfect partners for us as we purchased our new home.

Aggie and I have now been in our ‘new’ home for 6 full months and finally starting to feel moved in and able to look back on the process. That said, working with good people, not to mention good friends, was so important. About a year ago my wife and I made a very difficult decision to sell our home and downsize. It was extremely hard on my wife because this was our dream home which we had built 14 years ago. Chip and Rivers Moon helped our oldest son find a home and he was very pleased so we set up a meeting with them at our home. We had never met Rivers and Chip before meeting them at the home we eventually bought. We are so happy and lucky to have met such a wonderful couple to help us with the purchase of our new home. Our experience with Chip and Rivers Moon exceeded our expectations. We had hired an agent(friend) to list our house and did not realize we were receiving sub standard representation until we sat down and looked at the plan that Chip and Rivers had researched for our house. There were issues with my lender, the inspection...as a matter of fact issues with everything, except the Realtors!
