Chip and Rivers Moon were a dream to work with on our recent move. From first showing us the house, they were extremely responsive to our questions and calls. They stayed in touch with the seller’s agent, advocating for us to make sure our offer received proper and timely attention – and we got the house! Next, they worked to make all the house inspections as convenient as possible, lining up many on the same day to be mindful of our time and even the seller’s. They then helped us negotiate a fair reduction for necessary repairs and improvements. From showing to signing, they were the perfect partners for us as we purchased our new home. 

Aggie and I have now been in our ‘new’ home for 6 full months and finally starting to feel moved in and able to look back on the process. That said, working with good people, not to mention good friends, was so important. Our experience with Chip and Rivers Moon exceeded our expectations. We had hired an agent(friend) to list our house and did not realize we were receiving sub standard representation until we sat down and looked at the plan that Chip and Rivers had researched for our house. Our family had an unusual situation through which Rivers so capably helped us maneuver. My elderly dad needed to sell his home; my husband and I wanted to sell ours within the same time frame so that the three of us could move into another house together. Rivers' positive attitude and loving spirit were of tremendous consolation to our family. She quickly developed a rapport with my dad, and he was at ease throughout the process. I was very impressed with Rivers' abilities while helping me sell my house. She clearly had the level of expertise that I needed in order to move my house in a difficult market. Despite all the challenges we faced, she knew exactly what to do and when to do it.
