Elizabeth McNabb

As a native Charlottean, Elizabeth can fully attest to the uniqueness of the areas that make up the Greater-Charlotte region. Charlotte is one of the nation’s fastest growing cities and navigating the home buying process can be overwhelming.  She is committed to providing my clients exceptional service that exceeds expectations by keeping them abreast of critical information to help facilitate their move.

The process of selling a home can be equally overwhelming.  Receiving top dollar for her clients is of upmost importance while providing transparency and solutions for obstacles along the way.  By providing her clients with a market analysis, they are equipped with valuable information when pricing their home. Utilizing our marketing department and unique strategies help provide maximum coverage to potential buyers.

Elizabeth believes in building a relationship with her clients based on honesty, integrity, and communication. It would be her honor to represent you and provide you top-notch service.

A former elementary school teacher, Elizabeth taught in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg school system before pursuing her real estate career.  She continues to educate others while focusing on what inspires her most - connecting clients to their home.  She is married to Madison McNabb, a residential architect with Meyer Greeson Paullin Benson, and they have a son, Emmett.

I have never worked with someone that was more willing to help and was so accessible. Elizabeth went way beyond what I felt was her job. She met HVAC people for repair purposes; she met me on many instances just to reassure me. She never failed to answer the phone or connect back with me promptly which I was trying to reach her. In 2016, this kind of customer service is just unheard of. Although I realize you are not responsible for the awesomeness and professionalism that represents Elizabeth, you are responsible for who you hire and who represents you. Elizabeth is certainly someone I would want representing me. Thank you for having such professional people working for you and I will not hesitate to work with your company and Elizabeth again if the need should arise.

Elizabeth always answered our questions, early morning or late evenings. We always knew what to expect - no surprises! She sent me new listings each day (sometimes multiple times a day). I never felt like I needed to look myself...she was always so on top of it! Elizabeth is a hard worker and wants to please her clients.
