Erin and her husband live in the Charlotte area. She enjoys spending time with her family, four cats, going to the beach and mountains, biking, painting, and reading. For over 13 years, she was on the board of directors for the SPCA Alliance, an animal welfare organization that provides free spaying and neutering to pets in low income homes, and remains a volunteer.
