Yvonne (Lathe) Hargrove is a native Charlottean with immense pride in her hometown. Prior to joining HM Properties, she worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc. for 15 years and repeatedly received their highest awards for Sales, Business Communication and Team Leadership/Building.

After retiring from her successful pharmaceutical sales career, Yvonne teamed up with her daughter, Nicole VandenBosch. Hard work, client satisfaction and fun are what matters most to this dynamic duo.

In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Yvonne is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) a skill that has benefitted many of her clients over the years. Yvonne and her husband, George, are very active in the community. They love spending time with their two adult children as well as their two dogs: Lady, a Bloodhound, and Chloe, a rescue mutt; and their two cats: Little Bit and Thomas who were also rescued.
