As a native North Carolinian and resident of Charlotte for the past 28 years, I have been able to watch the Queen City grow into a vibrant place to call home. Over the years, my family and I have lived in numerous areas of East and South Charlotte as well as in Union County which has allowed me to become very familiar with the Charlotte region.

Randy brings with him over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing as well as a strong organizational, communications, effective listening and negotiating skills which have benefitted all of his real estate clients.

Prior to joining HM Properties, Randy had a long and successful career with Alkhan Label's Inc. where he was a Manager and Retail Sales Specialist for 22 years. He was also a Sales Representative for the Graniteville Company for a number of years. Randy's work has allowed him the opportunity to travel frequently to Asia, Europe, Central America and Mexico.

Randy and his wife have four adult sons and two grandsons. He enjoys volunteering his time with local non-profit organization and spending time outdoors.
