Nina was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, where she attended St. Genevieve/Gibbons Hall and The Asheville School. After graduating from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), she moved to Aspen, Colorado; and then to San Francisco, California; where she worked in property management and sales for Levi Strauss. In 1995, Nina moved to Charlotte and worked as an Assistant Buyer for Belk Store Services, and was also an Account Manager for Agdata, a database marketing company. She was hired as a Broker/Realtor for Bissell-Hayes Realtors where she spent five years before joining HM Properties in 2008.

Nina has consistently risen to every challenge with a positive attitude and determination to get the job done right. She approaches her real estate career with this same energetic spirit. A seasoned professional, she is fully equipped to handle the complexities of today’s marketplace and can develop strategic marketing plans designed to meet and exceed your needs.

In her free time, Nina unwinds and recharges every day with her dogs, Haley, a Chocolate Lab, and Boomer, a rescued Golden Retriever.
