Sean was born in Northampton, Massachusetts, and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston and continued post graduate studies at Emerson College and Parsons School in New York before moving to San Francisco.
Participating in the technology revolution as the Bay Area boomed, Sean earned his California Real Estate license and transitioned from recruiting tech talent to finding homes for his clients, colleagues and friends. The fast moving and ultra-competitive Bay Area market honed Sean's skills in positioning and maximizing property value for sellers and consultative and strategic buyer representation.
Prior to moving to Charlotte Sean was the Sales Director and Managing Broker for Lennar Bay Area Urban at the San Francisco Shipyard, the largest urban redevelopment project on the west coast. He also spent several years as the sales and marketing manager, senior sales leader and top producer at several other real estate firms. It is Sean’s appreciation for his new and life-long clients combined with his passion for being a part of the dynamic real estate market that fuel his drive to provide consistent exemplary customer service and results.
Sean relocated to Charlotte to be closer to family, enjoy the Carolina lifestyle and contribute to the energy and enthusiasm of this rapidly evolving region. He enjoys learning local history, collecting vintage architecture books and volunteering at Wing Haven and Myers Park Homeowner’s Association and is also a member of the Charlotte chapter of the Urban Land Institute. Sean lives in Myers Park with his husband, Mark, and their four year old Vizsla, Fergus.
Sean is an amazing agent. He helped facilitate a cross-country move and handled so many different aspects of the transaction while we were 2500+ miles away. He set up inspections and appointments very quickly and kept us informed at every step of the way regarding the progress. He also provided great advice, especially for newcomers arriving in a new city and new real estate environment. After the transaction was closed, Sean continued to help us out by checking in on our new home regularly and handling various issues before we arrived. I would recommend Sean without hesitation.Richard G

Sean and his team were great to work with. He really advocated for us during the negotiation; it was evident that he was invested in the process and in our best interests. Sean took the time to thoroughly explain the various parts of the transaction that were new to us as first-time homebuyers. Once we found the house we wanted, Sean made sure our best interests were being represented. Thanks for all of your work on this!Adrian and L
Sean was so great guiding us through what turned out to be a challenging closing period. We called and emailed Sean numerous times daily and he was always so patient and helpful.
I really don’t think the sale would have closed without him. I would absolutely recommend Sean to anyone!
Sean was fantastic to work with. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, frank, quick to respond, patient and a great advocate for his clients. He was easily the best part of our home buying experience.Joe and J
Sean was our Realtor when we were looking to purchase a house. He was wonderful…really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. He waited patiently while we worked out which of our “needs” were grounded in reality, and which in fantasy. When we figured that out, he worked very hard to find us as many homes as he could, even though inventory has been really sparse. We relied on his expertise as far as pricing and he never let us down.
We did end up purchasing a home and Sean was right there every step of the way – inspectors, mortgage brokers, everything. He made sure we were asking all the right questions and getting the right answers. In short, he was invaluable through the whole process. Plus, he’s a super nice guy! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
