Cassie is a Southern girl at heart and grew up in Athens, Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Education, she moved to Charlotte and worked in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system as a fourth grade teacher. Several years later, she accepted a position with the Charlotte Christian School as a LEAD teacher to first and fourth graders, and in 2013, she was hired by Charlotte Country Day School to work in the educational resource program. Cassie also earned an M.Ed. in Gifted Education and has worked as a independent tutor for students in elementary through high school grades.
During her spare time in 2015, Cassie earned her real estate license because she had a bad experience as an “unrepresented” buyer when purchasing her home. She is passionate about helping to navigate her clients through such a major life decision with the goal of providing a positive experience for each one. She also loves the “fixer upper” mentality of turning something old into something perfect and enjoys helping clients see the possibilities in homes that just need some TLC.
Cassie lives in the SouthPark area with her husband, Thomas; daughter, Landry; and Golden Retriever, Maverick. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, cheering on her alumni team, UGA; reading, traveling, and exploring new areas and restaurants in Charlotte.
