Jane Anne has worked in the Charlotte real estate market for many years and specializes in the Queen City's historical neighborhoods. She was born and raised in Charlotte and moved to Bald Head Island in 2008 to work for Seabreeze Rentals and Sales before moving back to Charlotte in early 2012.
Prior to moving to Bald Head Island, she owned her own real estate company, Olde Charlotte Properties. In the eight years, prior, she co–owned another Charlotte residential real estate firm for three years and spent five years before that at another agency as a top broker each year.
Jane Anne has two adult children: a daughter, Madison, who graduated from Ole Miss and lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with her husband, and currently attends law school. Her son, Brick, graduated from Appalachian State, lives in Charlotte, and works in the mortgage industry for NC Bank and Trust. Brick is also married and has two sons aged 4 and 6 years old.
She has renovated 12 homes over the past 15 years and also enjoys spending time reading, gardening, kayaking, shelling at the beach, and walking her Labrador Retriever, Tucker. Over the years she has volunteered her time with the Dilworth Designer Home Tour and also served as a board member for the Historic District Commission of Charlotte for five years. She has also given her time to the Dilworth Home Tour & Jubilee as well as the Preservation of North Carolina, a group that acquires endangered historic properties and finds buyers willing to preserve them.
