Natalie was born in Bethesda, Maryland, and grew up in Winter Park, Florida. She attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and during her time there she was a member of the Duke University Wind Symphony and also studied abroad at the University of Vienna. After graduating from Duke with a B.S. in Political Science, she moved back to Florida and began a career in television as a producer for WFTV in Orlando. In 1996, she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to work as senior account executive for WSOC–TV, Channel 9.
Outside of her work at WSOC–TV, Natalie began purchasing and renovating investment properties which led her to earn her real estate license in 2001. She worked in commercial real estate for a few years before joining a local residential real estate company in 2005. She spent the next 10 years building a successful business and has been a consistent top producing real estate agent. She joined HM Properties in 2015.
Natalie has two children; a daughter in high school and son in middle school, and an adorable English Cocker Spaniel named Sprocket. She enjoys practicing yoga and is a strong supporter of the arts, whether visiting a museum or gallery, attending a Broadway show or going to the symphony. Her favorite activity, however, is spending quality time with her children.
